Please join us as we welcome Kelley Steen, RD, LDN, NASM-PES owner of Fit Bodies Nutrition Consulting, LLC. for a 12 part monthly nutrition series.  During these seminars you will learn various aspects of nutrition you can apply to all members of the family.

Learn suggested methods for determining Macronutrients (protein, carbs and fats) you need to consume on a daily basis to achieve your fitness goals.  We will also share resources that will help you plan out meals and introduce products that will help you fill in the gaps.

Understanding what your body needs and how to fuel it to achieve maximum potential for your workouts and daily life functions are crucial.  The InBody Machine will be available during the seminars. Take advantage of this incredible opportunity to learn about your body composition.  In order to set goals you need to understand where you are at and where you want to be.

Seminars will be conducted on the 2nd Monday of each month.  By attending all 12 sessions it will give you a holistic understanding of basic nutrition.  These seminars are for CIC members and non-members.
