FITNESS

Our Fitness program does not use Olympic lifts but will still provide our members with a moderate – vigorous intensity level of exercise. This class includes an In-body analysis which is a quality test that measures body mass index, weight, body fat percentage, total water and bone density. With this reading we can better set healthy goals for each person, and track their progress. Fitness members will receive nutrition guidelines and also have the option to attend educational seminars hosted by our Registered Dietitian. Participants have experienced many health benefits including fat loss, increases in strength, muscle tone, improved cardiovascular fitness and more.
