How can I “tryout” CrossFit?

To get started, just click here to signup for a free trial. It’s that easy to find out if CrossFit is for you.  It is best to arrive about 15 mins prior to that class to meet the coaches and check the box out.  We look forward to having you!

CrossFit Foundational Courses

4 Sessions CrossFit Foundations Course Plus 8 Group WOD Classes

CrossFit Foundations are designed to give you the athlete an introduction to the bio-mechanical movements of CrossFit.  CrossFit CIC teaches these movements in four introductory sessions that are schedule at your convenience with one of our experienced coaches.
