I was introduced to CrossFit in the fall of 2012 with my primary focus being the biomechanics involved in each functional movement. Over time my focus evolved into coaching and assisting athletes to move more efficiently and effectively, maximizing power while minimizing risk of injury, to ultimately achieve their fitness goals.
